Request ICAN DAMP

The disk contains the following files:

1. Under the VAX_VMS directory:
   1. ICNDMP.FOR (ICAN/Damp fortran code (ASCII format)).
   2. EXDAMP.COM (VAX command procedures file ((ASCII format)).
   3. ICNINP.DAT (Sample input file (ASCII format)).
   4. TABLE.DAT (Data bank of material properties (ASCII format)).
   5. SAMPLE.OUT (Sample output file (ASCII format)).
   6. PROB1.DAT, PROB2.DAT, PROB3.DAT (Input files for demonstration problems 1, 2, and 3, respectively (ASCII format)).
   7. PROB1.OUT, PROB2.OUT, PROB3.OUT (Output files for demonstration problems 1, 2, and 3, respectively (ASCII format)).
2. Under the VM directory:
   1. COMPILE.EXE (REXX EXEC file for compiling the code under VM operating system (ASCII format)).
   2. DAMP.EXE (REXX EXEC file for executing the code under VM operating system (ASCII format)).
3. Under the DOCS directory:
   1. ICNDAMP.DOS (Users manual (ASCII format)).
   2. ABSTRACT.DOS (Draft abstract for the program (ASCII format)).

1. Log into our site. If you don't have a login yet, get one here and then come back to this page.
2. Place your order online, using the form at the bottom of this page. You will be asked for additional information after you press the "SUBMIT" button. You will receive a confirmation email after this step.
3. Print out, sign and fax the license agreement for the software. Our fax number is (US) 765-775-2527. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can scan your signed license agreement and email that to us at orders at openchannelsoftware dot org.
4. Call (US) 765-775-2525 to have someone process payment for your order by credit card. In some cases we will accept a purchase order instead.
5. Once the previous steps are complete, you will receive a second email with download instructions.
   You will be prompted to log into the site again before you can pick up your order.
